Returns & Refunds

Every Tiny Starlet is crocheted by hand, and we want you to be happy with yours. If something isn't right, we'll put it right.

Your right to cancel

If you're shopping from the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. That's your statutory right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

We go further than the minimum: you may return any item within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of returned items

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Because these are garments worn by babies, we can't accept items that have been worn, soiled or laundered, for hygiene reasons.

How to start a return

Email tinystarlet55@gmail.com with your order number and which item you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions within 2 business days.

Please don't send anything back before contacting us — we need to give you the correct return address.

Return shipping costs

If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping. If you're returning because you changed your mind, the return postage is yours.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we'll refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. We refund the price of the item plus the standard delivery cost you originally paid. Depending on your bank, the money may take a few more days to appear.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? The quickest route is to return the original for a refund and place a new order, so your replacement isn't waiting on the first item travelling back to us.

Faulty or damaged items

If your Tiny Starlet arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund. Under EU law you have a two-year legal guarantee against goods that don't conform to the contract, and nothing here limits that.
